Tips Pemakanan Semasa Menyusu Badan

Di sini saya senaraikan beberapa tips pemakanan bagi ibu-ibu yang menyusu badan :)

1. Beri tumpuan kepada wholegrain dan bijirin, buah-buahan segar, sayuran dan makanan yang memberikan banyak protin, kalsium dan zat besi. Adalah sangat penting untuk minum air dengan secukupnya untuk memastikan anda sentiasa well hydrated semasa menyusu.

2. Minumlah 8-10 gelas sehari, ketika menyusu badan, oxytocin dirembeskan dan ini akan membuat anda merasa dahaga, tetapi ia tidak mengurangkan bekalan susu anda.

3. Semasa mengandung, cuba kurangkan pengambilan minuman berkafin atau alkohol. Kafina bleh berkumpul di dalam susu badan dan boleh menyebabkan bayi anda terganggu.

4. Anda boleh meneka ada sesuatu yang tidak kena pada pemakanan anda sekiranya ia menyebabkan bayi anda menangis, fussy atau tidak dapat tidur dengan nyenyak.

5. Makanlah vitamin dan zat besi secukupnya semasa hamil supaya anda tidak mengalami anemia semasa hamil dan semasa pantang.

6. Amalkan memakan tablet kalsium kerana ia merupakanbahan yang penting untuk membina tulang bayi. Ramai ibu yang menyusukan bayi kekurangan kalsium lebih-lebih lagi selepas penyusuan eksklusif.

 Hormon prolaktin dikeluarkan ke dalam aliran darah dari bahagian kilang pituitari
